She specializes in communication Skills where presentation plays an important role, Having an MA in English, she is currently involved in various Education initiatives with the Government of India where she speaks to other English teachers of ways to teach English in today's Modern India. She has taught courses which cover Business Communication Skills, Women's role in the 21st-century and  psychology. She is currently in the process of writing a novel that tells the story of Goa.

 She is currently the Convener for the English Resource Group at Goa Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan. Most days she is busy training  Teachers to teach English in a more visual and interactive way.
